Surface treatment
· Aluminum alloy: remove all the oil, debris and white rust after sanding with cross-grinding, the surface to produce a certain degree of roughness
· Galvanized steel: all the oil, debris and zinc salts, with elastic grinding wheel or sandpaper grinding, the surface to produce a certain degree of roughness
* No oxide steel: pneumatic or electric grinding tools, polished to St3 level or sandblasting to Sa2 level
* Coated with zinc powder primer steel: remove all the oil, debris and zinc salts, secondary rust to St3 level
· Scaled steel: sandblasted to Sa2 grade (or 2.5; can also be used to remove oxide scale and acid rust)
· The old paint film (referring to the same type) Substrate: Remove the old failure of the loose film and rust, pneumatic or electric grinding tools to deal with St3
