          Composition of zinc powder, epoxy resin and polyamide curing agent composed of two-component epoxy zinc-rich shop primer.

                      • Zinc-rich primer can form zinc salts (ie, basic zinc carbonate, also known as white rust) after prolonged outdoor exposure and should not be exposed for long periods of time before painting. If the coating interval is longer, it is recommended as soon as possible after the sub-forming coating anti-rust paint to reduce the amount of the work of the second derusting

                       • No salt will form on the surface of the paint for a few months in a clean room environment or for 14 days in a clean outdoor environment. But in the industrial atmosphere or marine climate environment, will soon produce zinc salt, so after painting the interval after the paint should be shortened as much as possible

                       • In the case of zinc salts, the secondary degreasing treatment shall be carried out by means of a cleaning grade sandblasting or a mechanical descaling method, and all debris shall be removed

                       • Dry spray is prone to occur during high temperature seasons. In order to prevent the phenomenon of dry spray generation, dilution must be diluted to dry spray so far
