It is recommended to spray the coating with no air or spray 1-2 Road, brush, roller 2-3 Road, dry film thickness greater than 100mm.
Before the road supporting paint H06-4 epoxy zinc-rich anti-rust paint, E06-1 inorganic zinc silicate antirust paint, or direct painting in the derusting quality to Sa2.5 level steel surface.
After the Road supporting paint 842 epoxy cloud iron antirust paint, or epoxy-type finish, polyurethane topcoat.
Surface treatment
* There are oxide steel: sandblasting to Sa2.5 level
* No oxide steel: sandblasting to Sa2.5 level or to the abrasive wheel grinding to St3 level
• Steel coated with shop primer: sandblasted or sanded with a flexible grinding wheel to St3 level

Construction conditions
• Substrate temperature should be above 3 ¡æ above dew point
