          composition

          It consists of epoxy resin, coal tar pitch, epoxy curing agent, aluminum powder, red iron oxide and other anticorrosive pigments, physical pigments, additives and solvents.

          846 Epoxy Asphalt thick slurry antirust paint is divided into 846-1 epoxy asphalt thick rust-proof primer and 846-2,846-3 epoxy asphalt thick-rust-proof topcoat. 846-1,846-2,846-3 for the first component (also known as the base material), 846A for the B component (also known as curing agent).

          It is recommended to coat the 846-1 primer, the 846-2 or 846-3 topcoat each one airless spray, dry film thickness 250m, brush or roller to be painted the 2-3 Road.

          702 epoxy zinc-rich workshop primer, 703 epoxy iron red shop primer, 704 inorganic zinc silicate shop primer, 842 epoxy cloud iron antirust paint. Or directly painted in the rust to achieve the quality of Sa2.5 grade steel plate.

          After supporting the use of paint as a bottom anti-rust paint, the 846 should be painted on the 616 chlorinated rubber iron red thick slurry anti-rust paint together, and then painted 839 long-lasting thick slurry antifouling paint.

          In the absence of marine biofouling applications can be used alone 846 epoxy asphalt thick slurry type anti-rust paint.

          Surface treatment

                        * There are oxide steel: sandblasting to Sa2.5 level

          Construction conditions

          • Substrate temperature should be above 3 above dew point
