This product is phase change energy storage materials produced by the advanced technology, the coating thickness of 2-3mm, is a kind of thick slurry phase transition temperature control paint, a significant temperature control performance. Coating material set of perception, judgment, command, the implementation of four functions in one, have a certain intelligence characteristics. When the ambient temperature rises to the phase transition temperature of the coating material, the coating absorbs the heat (phase change latent heat) and starts the phase transformation process. When the ambient temperature decreases to the phase transition temperature, the coating emits heat and begins the inverse process of phase transformation.

In the phase transition process and the reverse process, the ambient temperature will be controlled in a certain range, so as to obtain the effect of energy saving insulation.

Coating applications

This product is used in the occasion of the need for thermal insulation temperature control, there are two temperature control area: 18 ℃ -22 ℃ that is 20 ℃ (± 2 ℃), 45 ℃ -55 ℃, 50 ℃ (± 5 ℃)

Construction guidance
