Uses

For epoxy zinc-rich primer and epoxy iron-iron antirust paint intermediate layer as the protection of high-performance steel structure supporting paint finish, contact with alkaline gas steel structure, reinforced concrete surface and sink, oil tank Floating roof, etc. for high-performance protective coating purposes.

Overcoating interval time

It is recommended to coat the number of coating 2, dry film thickness of 100μm, brush or roller to be painted 3.

The former road supporting paint H06-4 epoxy zinc-rich anti-rust paint for the primer, 842 epoxy cloud iron antirust paint for the middle layer paint, or other two-component epoxy antirust paint.

Surface treatment

               • Before the paint should be completely dry

               • Remove all oil and debris from the paint film

Construction conditions

               • Substrate temperature should be above 3 ℃ above dew point

               · When the temperature is lower than 5 ℃, epoxy reaction with the curing agent stopped, not suitable for outdoor construction. If it is necessary to continue construction without this condition, it shall be disposed of indoors or in a tent, heated surface or forced air drying with hot air.

               · Relative humidity not more than 85%
