Product composition:

Epoxy resin, amine curing agent, pigments, additives and solvents composed of two-component epoxy finish.

Product performance:

Product Usage:

For epoxy zinc-rich primer and epoxy-iron-iron antirust paint or amine curing epoxy primer on the protection of steel structure as a high-performance paint matching finish, contact with coastal salt gas steel structure, steel Concrete surface and steel structure of the plant, etc. for high-performance protective coating purposes.

Construction parameters:

Proportion: Main paint: curing agent = 20: 5 (weight ratio)

Drying time: (25 ℃) surface dry ≤ 12h, hard work ≤ 24h, fully cured for 7 days

Overcoating interval:

Application period: 20 ℃ 8h

Construction Reference:

Recommended coating number: 2, dry film thickness 80μm, in the concrete surface without primer when the dry film thickness of about 200μm is appropriate.

Before the Road supporting the paint: epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy-iron anti-rust paint, iron red epoxy anti-rust paint, amine curing epoxy primer.

Surface treatment: the paint on the road dry paint and remove all the dirt.

Note: Construction temperature is lower than 5 ℃, curing reaction is slow, should be appropriate to extend the curing time.
